Prison Mike

Today I watched season 3 episode 9 of the office which is a great episode of the office just like any other episode. The reason why I am writing about this episode is because this episode has a lot of pop-culture in it. In this episode the regional manager Michael Scott dresses up to appear he is in prison, which makes the episode very popular. There have been multiple times where I have gone on social media and seen memes about prison mike, and they crack me up. I have even known multiple people who have dressed up as prison mike for Halloween or even to school football games in high school. Prison mike is a very popular thing in the office, but there are many different things with the office that have become even bigger in pop-culture. one of these being is the music that goes along with the intro. I have heard it so many times that I know exactly how it goes and I will always think of the office as soon as I hear it. Even famous rap artist Lil Wayne made a really creative and good remix to the theme music. Other than the music though there are many other things that are popular with the office. For example, you can go on so many different websites and buy merchandise from the show. You can buy all sorts of bobble heads, even the prison mike one. Other than bobble heads they also have a variety of t-shirts and hats that go right along with the show and I even have a shirt from the show. I highly recommend watching the office if you haven’t already. It is one of my all time favorite shows that will never fail to make you laugh .
