Staking on the Plutos Network

Staking is a term used to refer to the delegating of a certain number of tokens to the governance model of the blockchain and thus locking them out of circulation for a specified length of time," says Nicole DeCicco, the owner and founder of CryptoConsultz, a cryptocurrency consultancy in the Portland, Oregon area.

On Plutos network, users can earn rewards by staking derivative assests. The staking service is first built on Ethereum, and will be migrated to Polkadot and will soon be available on BSC and Solana. Currently, there are six(6) staking versions on Plutos network with each offering its special rewards and APY.

V1 Staking (Mercury)
This version is live and running. Here you can stake only PLUT BEP 20, with Polkadot Zone staking and Solana Zone Staking coming soon. There are three pools in this version. Diamond, Gold and Silver pool. Staking is fine with metamask and is easy to do, simply chose the desired pool to stake with and then press the Stake button.
Different APY's and locking periods exist for the different pools.

V2 Staking (Venus)
This version offers another three pools – Cupcake, Donut, and Lollipop pool. Stakers can generate 150% to 550% APY by staking PLUT BEP-20 tokens. Similarly to the V1, just select your desired pool with the different APY and locking periods, enter amount you wish to stake and press the Stake button. You are however required to use Metamask and connect to Plutos staking dApp.

V3 Staking (Jupiter)
This version offers just two pools. KitKat and Oreo pool. Stakers can earn passive income ranging from 150% to 200% APY by staking PLUT BEP-20 tokens. Staking procedure is the same as in previous versions.
Note: In this staking version, 5% of any staked PLUT will be burnt.

V4 Staking (PolkaCipher)
In V4 Staking, only one pool is available with an APY of 200%. The rewards will be $CPHR tokens. $CPHR is the token of PolkaCipher- Plutos' first project partner. Staking procedure remains the same, simply enter your chosen amount and press the Stake button! You are required to use MetaMask and connect to Plutos Staking dApp.
Note: 2.5% of your any staked $PLUT will be burnt in V4 Staking.

V5 Staking (Pluto)
80% APY to 100% APY on income can be generated by staking PLUT BEP-20 tokens. There are two pools available on this version. Jelly Bean and Marshmallow pool with varying APY and locking periods. Staking procedure still remains the same.

V6 Staking (Zilliqa)
Plutos V6 Staking is dedicated to the second partner project of Plutos Network - Zilliqa. In V6 Staking, you can select the pool with an APY of 150% upon maturity. The rewards will be $ZIL tokens. Simply enter your chosen amount and press the “Stake Tokens'' button! You are required to use MetaMask and connect to Plutos Staking Dapp.
Note: In this staking version, 2.5% of your staked $PLUT will be burnt.

Plutos staking is available based on first come first serve basis dependent on the pool size. Also, users are allowed to re-stake after maturity of previous stake.
